Smoothie bowl

Just a week ago I decided that I'm going to have one meal a day that's vegan. Since breakfast seemed like the easiest meal to adapt to a vegan diet, I've been eating vegan every morning for seven Days now. My favourite? The very instagram friendly smoothie bowl. It keeps me full until lunch and it's super yummy! Scroll down if you want the recipe!
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of frozen mango
1/2 a cup of frozen blueberries
half an apple
oats (as much as you like)
1-2 cups of Almond milk (depending on what consistency you prefer)
Top it off with granola and/or fruit!

Prom 2015

We walked the streets of Örebro in gorgeous dresses and high heels. Prom was, well, fantastic to say the least.
